Ignore. Accidently posted incomplete message. Heck, wasn't even finished with the title!

We could just make a good thread out of it by finishing what he started. ....I'll go first.
The sickness isn't just a passion for INFI, it's a healthy and therapeutic way to escape into a world where the tools we possess are handmade masterpieces with American pride and sweat invested in them. Knowing this and the fact that they never quit, no matter what you do to em, sends me into a mental world of paradise filled with much booze and plenty of INFI blades to play with.......especially several configurations of a 13asic 13!

OK, I'll finish. The sickness isn't just about Busses.

I have always been partial to classic semi-autos, 1911's and Hi-powers. I came to revolvers late in life, and the binge of the last two weeks has me ankle-deep in big-bore revolvers.

I was already pretty well set with .44 mags and .44 Specials. (At my age I won't subject my arthritic hands to any of the new super boomers.) Then at a gun show two weeks ago I ran across a Smith & Wesson 3 inch Model 629-4 .44 mag Backpacker. It was the last revolver I was ever going to need, I swore, the ultimate easy-carry hog, big cat, wild dog, rampaging rabid squirrel and wombat gun. That was until yesterday when I went in a LGS looking for nothing in particular and came out with the new dual cartridge Ruger Redhawk 4.25 inch in .45 Colt/.45 ACP. It is the last, I swear. I can't imagine needing or wanting another handgun.

I have not owned a .45 Colt (or .45 long Colt as some call it) heretofore. That means I now have a whole new cartridge to explore and get to know. I just love throwing big 'ol chunks of lead downrange.

Ha, I am sorry I read your post. I do not own a .45lc wheel gun myself and this is the LAST thing I need wanting now :D
This pic missing couple more calibers I added lately :)

My 1911 love also spreads all the way up to .460rowland.

Congrats on all the guns coming home!

Hard to go wrong with an almost all metal handgun, semi auto or wheelie, they are all fun! A 45lc/acp combo seems pretty sweet! I've really been liking my Coonan .357 1911, it's a blast!. :D

NICE!!!!!! I love Coonan 357

Nice setup Tim! What's up with that trigger? I don't know anything about Coonan and I've never seen a 1911 with a trigger like that.
