The skinny (and the fatness) on the Fusion handles

I called the shop today and found out a little info on the new handles. This info could be rough if any changes have been made but is an accurate measurement of the Magnum Fusion handles available...

The new Magnum Fusion handles are .400" at their thickest points. The thickness at the bottom of the rear contour is .312". The thickness at the bottom of the front contour is .345". That jives with the images we have seen with the rear contour being much more pronounced.

The new standard Fusion handles are about .250 +/- and lighly contoured in order to maintain as much of the thickness as possible.

The people at Busse are incredible folks! Both of the people I spoke to were very nice, helpful and professional. As if it wasn't easy enough to do business with Busse, everyone I have been in contact with there only seems to increase my "fever" over INFI!

that they are... I had the pleasure of speaking with jerry during the death chat and he was awesome to talk to.. had to spend more money after that :D

Thanks, Dunner this has been one of the decisions I've flip floppped on. Thick or thin handles. Tan, black, or green handles. Satin or Double Cut. :confused: Hell I've had over a year to decide. I'm close. ;)

Well I don't know what just happened, but I get to type this all over again. :confused: As I just said to myself. "I called the shop today and spoke with a very friendly woman. I placed my order BUT still don't really know what is coming my way. I want a Standard FSH, mag. black handles, Double Cut, symetrical grind, no logo. :cool: She was not sure if I could get the DC on the Standard. Nobody was there for her to ask. So I've got the black coat as an alternate. But not sure if it will be smooooth or crinckle. She is going to call me with the skinny. I just hope this doesn't get screwed up and I end up with a MOAB. :D I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Bent T - I wrote about DC option question before...

So they said DC is definately not going to be available on a standard?
