If you could have any 1 knife no matter what the cost What Would It Be ?

Im all set for the time being myself but what would it be For You:D:)

Well, if we're talking about keepers and not something to sell, I would REALLY like a 12" Bagwell Hell's Belle in Devil's Lace Damascus and stag w/Damascus fittings.

I do think that it's difficult to improve upon the general usefulness and polyvalence of my Stretch 2, no matter the price; but even so -and leaving aside custom designs- some kind of Rockstead knife would be largely sufficient...

I don't know of any super high priced knives that are in the thousands of dollars, but I'd go with a Hinderer XM-18 for a user knife.

+1 all the really fancy customs I don't like. The hinderer looks awesome. Hopefully I'll be able to get one one day.

Right now and for the past few years I think the only knife that I really really really want and cannot afford is a Shiva Ki Fighting Bowie.

probably some artifact originally owned by the Queen of Sheba or Ramses II or maybe even Xerxes or Ghengis Kahn that I could sell for millions of $$$.

then i'd take that millions of $$$, buy myself a bunch of nice production/custom blades and retire on the rest.

Call me nuts, but what REALLY works for me is an Emerson LaGriffe in a custom rig. I carry it everyday strapped to my vest while on duty and it just works. It's excellent for a little utility knife and believe me I use it for everything. The blade design just cuts through everything I toss at it. Obviously it excels as my primary back up. The claw design has been perfected by a million years of evolution. A raptor in a pocket.
Don't get me wrong, I love my high quality folders but I depend on the Lagriffe every day. I have a few in the stable. That is what works for me.
