MY LATEST CHRIS REEVE KNIFE FIND. AN UMFAAN. I BELIEVE IT IS CALLED CIRCLES. IF THAT'S OT RIGHT, PLESASE CORRECT. I FOUND IT HERE ON THE FORUM. I HAD NEVER HELD ONE AND WAS REALLY SURPRISED AT HOW SMALL IT IS. I WASN'T SUPRISED TO FIND THE SAME QUALITY AS I'VE COME TO EXPECT FROM ALL CRKs NO MATTER THE SIZE. THANKS.

Nice find! I always just get there a little too late when these come up for sale......

Nice score, you look to have a "Blue Circles" Umfaans, one of the first forty that were anodized by mistake. It is actually rarer that the 50 Pre-Production Umfaans with multi colored circles, although that set was numbered. The rest of the first year Circle knives have plain grey circles, and the other yearly designs (zig-zag, spear and grass, rising sun) were also plain grey.

Wow. Great information. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge of the knife. Thanks.

What a great little knife! Someday I am hoping to have one as a nice dress knife. Nice to find it is so rare, great place to get the real and as Dave would say "the rest of the story". Thanks for share Jerry.
