This time I decided to go a little classier. I wanted some knives that I could wear with a suit or dress clothes. Up until now I've kind of been using the micarta sebenza for that. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get some wood inlays. While I was at it, I grabbed a Mnandi. The lighter color wood is bocote and the darker is cocobolo. The Mnandi is also cocobolo. I've got quite a few CRK knives but this is my first real foray into the fancier finished and appointed knives. I don't see as many options in left handed but I'm glad I found these.

Great looking knives!! How do you like the Mnandi? I can't get over how much I love my CRK's but have not bought a Mnandi yet and am wondering if they are worth getting and would they win pocket time against my other CRK's?

I can't really say yet. I've only had them in hand for about 2 hours now. It almost feels delicate compared to the Sebenza. It's really well put together as one would expect. I like it. It's just s smidge smaller than what I'm used to. I got it specifically to wear with a suit or something like that so it probably won't get the carry time the others will. It's really not a one hand opening knife either. It can be done, but I don't think it was really designed for that.

Great looking trio!!!!!
Good to see another lefty in the crowd. ;)

That's actually the main reason I first looked at CRK. At the time there weren't many high end makers making dedicated left handed knives. After I carried that first Sebenza for a little while it started to snowball. :) Now I have 30 or so CRKs and these three were just the latest. I hadn't picked any up for a few years until the last couple of months which has seen me buy 5 more. It's almost lucky for my wallet that I can't find all the variations I want in LH. :D

Well now, you really need to show off the other family members.
I've slowly replaced the RH CRK's with lefty's. It's been a slow process, but I'm happy with what I have. Probably need to move a couple if truth be told. But, it's very hard for me to part with any in my collection.

It's worth adding to the rotation, the older ones can be opened one handed (due to the nail nick design). They carry great clipped in a shirt pocket like a pen, Chris usually carried one in that manner.
