well, since I couldn't get out into the field today, I went pig "hunting" over at the local grocery store. Much to my great pleasure I found a fully-cooked rack-of-pig-ribs with my name on it !!
And since I couldn't get into the field, I decided my SOG X-42 Field Knife (with BG-42 steel) would be appropriate to do the cutting-up:
