The spring on my Dalton Companion just snapped.

It snapped completely in half. I never did anything to alter it, it must've been faulty. I can't remember how long I've had it... I'll guess three months. Anyone know if I might be able to get the spring replaced under warranty? If not, would it be possible to buy a replacement coil spring?

The warranty probably depends on where I bought it... that's a bit of a problem, because I don't remember where I bought it. I assume websites keep records of their transactions, so I would be able to e-mail the sites and ask if I bought my knife from them?

It's (probably) under warranty. That said you may have to pay for return shipping to the dealer and/or back to Dalton in KY.

A replacement Coil Spring will cost you about $10.00 If you can do it, I'd suggest you replace it yourself. I know the springs on Daltons have a STRONG snap, but I doubt he makes the springs himself. Talk to PVK, they should be able to help you out.
