I have been looking for some time now for a knife to really start collecting older knifes. Its really just going to be a knife that struck that magical chord inside. And I found it tonight!

These are rushed photos because I am just excited to share so apologies in advance.

An old John Primble. And the train knife is for my son. He is pretty obsessed with old steam locomotives and stopped me dead in my tracks when he saw it at a table at a local gun and knife show.

I am really loving this knife! I liked that one of the scales was different. When I picked it up I just knew I wanted it. The F&F is fantastic. I was pretty surprised. I had looked through several tables of some fine Case, Schrade, Old Timer, and even some Robsons. But then I found this one.

Couldn't be happier!:D

Just a guess, but I think that John Primble was made by Schrade.

A bit of trivia, the historic Belknap Hardware Store building was blown up for the filming of Demolition Man.

Hmm... Looks like some research is do in my very near future. Also I find it interesting that the explosion if a building was because of a movie called demolition man. LOL! I need to watch that movie again.
