It's taken me 3.5 years and plenty of money to finallly get this set together but it's been worth it. Now they're all going off to see Kenny Rowe for some matching leather with sharkskin (Jerry's choice) inlay.

Here's the link to a few pictures. :D

All four pieces have slotted-bolts and smooth coats.

With all of the new Blade Show picture threads that are showing up I thought it'd be nice to see some of the discontinued models too. The new models are all pretty cool but I'm more of an "old-school" kind of guy. :)

Brian,

Very nice set of "oldies" but goodies. Any more pics?? The new stuff and especially the variants have a high cool factor, but the old stuff is really interesting. Especially trying to find it before everyone else ;)

Very, very nice collection.

I envy you my man.

What sheaths do you have for each??

Thanks again for the pics.

Mike

Thanks guys.

Mike, they all came with Busse kydex. The MS looked like 5/16" to me too but I have been assured by the previous owner that Jerry himself verified that it was INFI. If it's 5/16th INFI it's a rare find indeed. It looks thicker than the others but when held up spine-to-spine it's too hard to tell if there's a difference. (I've convinced myself that there isn't.) :)

Raindrop, there could be some more pics but my creativity sort of ran out while looking for good light. This set is pretty hard to shoot up close with blade lengths from 3.5" to 9.5".

:)

Brian,

Just post again once you do get some more pics ;)

As far as the best lighting tricks, I would be interested in finding out how you end up doing it with the Busse. Finally got the hang of it with Sebenzas, but I am sure these BBB (Big, Bad, Busse) will be a whole other deal. :D

Greg,

The only lighting trick I've been using is finding good natural light.

I've got a light box setup that I've used in the past and a light table for some of my earliest shots but the natural light is pretty hard to beat for getting the right color from the image.

I appreciate everyone's kind words on my photography. I feel like I could do so much more with a good camera but I seem to spend all my money on knives, knives, and more knives.

Maybe Jerry can make me a digital camera out of INFI. Do I email Marc about that one? :D

New pics are on the horizon. I just have to get some time and energy (oh yeah, I left my charger in Florida so could one of you local boys drive over to Vero Beach and pick it up for me?)

Thanks again,
