The sun set on me for this Ganza .....

I may have missed out on the frenzy of the Ganza BUT this made up for it IMO. I ventured to the great outdoors with a friend over my B-day. Of course, I took along a knife which was right at home in the woods.

Enjoyed some incredible scenery and wildlife. And the sunsets were breathtaking!!!!!

Here are some pictures for you to enjoy. Most are from Cape Breton Highlands in Nova Scotia and the National Park there. I spent a couple days on the other part of Nova Scotia as well. I got pictures of most places BUT did not have my new camera in the back country on all occasions. The hikes were a great time.

Great pics, Anybody go for a swim in that lovely pool below the falls?

Spent most of my time on Cape Breton, Nova Scotia .....

First and last sunset were on the main part of Nova Scotia though ..... on my way to Cape Breton and on my way back home. It was actually raining in the first sunset and there was a slight rainbow ..... BUT that picture did not come out due to the poor lighting.

Not bad pictures of the sunsets for not having a tripod ..... improvising was in order here ..... used my trekking poles instead.

And who needs any stinkin' BAIII's anyway????? :D :p
 
Beautiful. You are reminding me that I will not be at peace with myself until I get an SFNO!

Absolutely Beautiful! Congrats on a knice camping trip. Of course I'd be happy just about anywhere if I had that SFNO.

Yep, I'd say that had to be much better than a Ganza.

The SFNO is awesome! Thought that was snake but the outer rings look brownish. What slabs might they be?

BTW- get a chance to fish? If so lets see some pics;)

There is no Ganzaaaa that could possibly compete with being smack dab in the middle of God's country!!!! I am humbled sir! Great post and pics, and Happy Belated.
 
You, sir, have a real eye for composition. There isn't a camera in the world that can make up for it's absence.
 
Well I wouldn't be too sorry about the ganza if I were you, you are in incredibly beautiful untouched open land, and you have the most beautiful Busse (((((I))))) have ever laid eyes on.
