The Sunday Picture Show... (1-11-2015)

Hello everyone, it's time again for the Sunday Picture Show... This Show is for everyone... So feel free to talk about and compliment each other about there new or old Buck knives... We all like to show are new or older knives that we just got or had for years... So everyone please share and post a picture of one of your Buck knives or a picture with lots of Buck knives... Fixed blades or folders... Post all the pictures you want, but save some for next Sundays Picture Show... Post a new picture or a old picture... If you only have one Buck knife or alot of Buck knives... Just take some new Picture of it or of them and just get creative and make Buck Proud... Thanks, ItsTooEarly ...

Here's my pictures for the SPS... This Sunday I have this cool little
525 that I have never seen before... I had to have it to go with my
Scoutlite...

Thanks for looking and enjoy the show...

Armand, cool Order of the Arrow knives :) I was actually in The "Order" back then :)

My Sunday photo is somewhat self explanatory..... Oregon, there is a half a beer in the photo for you...Ha!!

Here is my wild photo.... the inside of my shoulder as of yesterday, and it is healing well :)
But the corner of the metal plate is a little irritating on my skin, because I have very little fat to pad the area.
So the surgeon said in 6 months we may want to go back in and take the screws and plate out.
If that happens, I will beg the surgeon for the metal plate and screws and use them as part of a rescale project!! That would be sweet!!

My thoughts were with Chuck when I took a photo of
some old 112. So I took another picture for the show
out of the archive. Thank you, Armand for your
ongoing work.

I'll go to church this morning to pray for Chuck and his family.

Good morning Armand and thanks so much for this show! We'd be lost on Sunday mornings without you. Ha!

Yes, great idea! Prayers for Chuck and family.

Thanks ITE for another SPS.
Thinking of Chuck and his recovery.

Here is a 110/112 display not sure it is supposed to go together as it does not fit real well. It has seen better days.

Looks like we have a great show so far... Thanks for sharing... Keep the pictures coming...

ITE ... :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Thanks Armand for another SPS!:thumbup::thumbup:

I'm home after backpacking through Big Cypress Swamp which is a part of the Everglades in south Florida.
It's the fourth time I've walked through it, but this was the hardest because of the high heat and humidity.
I even found some cypress trees with a broken branch to hang my pack on and just sat right down in the swamp to cool off. :)
It's finally cooled down now that I am out of the swamp. There was one section that took me 6 hours to go just over 4 miles.

This cool little Buck was waiting on me when I got home;

Here was some of the sights….

Great Show so far!!! I was really excited to get my Buck StreamMate in original packaging from 1983. Here are a few pics next to a 110 I also received this week. Very happy with both!!

Here's my custom 103... We should all lite (light) a candle for Chuck...

Smoke and prayers headed his way from his old home town San Diego (County)...

103...

I recently received this 1974-1975 Buck 110.
I don't recall if I've seen any older advertising 110s.

This little bugger was along the trail.
Not sure what kind of snake it is.

This was someone's attempt at humor.
It was laying along side of the trail just before entering the swamp. :)

Stumps, nice pictures of the Florida Loch Ness monsters...:eek::eek:

SHB, that's a sweet one 110 can you tell us more about it...
Who did the work on it... Thanks

ITE ... :)

Thought I would resurface an older picture of a 1972 112 with great scales. I really like the older scales that were mismatched in color. Thanks, ITE, for starting another Greatest Show.

Great show so far today. Thank you everyone for showing your great knives.

Here is another tribute to Chuck Buck knife. Another variation of the etched 103.

Best wishes to Chuck and his family.

ITE, I am glad you like the 110!! The work was done by a Guy and his Daughter out of TX. They do a lot of really cool designs and scenes with lab opals, MOP's, many different stones and acrylics! unfortunately only about 1 out of 30 or 40 they offer are on Buck Frames....... The 110 and 113 with the celestial scene I posted a few weeks ago on the SPS were by the same maker and I will be posting a handful more from this maker. I try to snatch up most of the pearl inlayed Bucks he offers!!!
