Armand, as always thank you for the greatest schow on earth. :)
Great knives you have!!, I don't own such nice 110s in my collection.
But how do you like the Pro Line 110 and the Workman?
In the background there's a Kitchen Hatchet from the German (Solingen)
knife maker Anton Wingen (Othello).

I found this little curio cabinet for $10 and thought I would put some pretties in it.
Here are some of my Vanguard pretties.

Hi Desoto,

Yes those are FM 110's. There is a gold colored plate with the Duke's signature, also the back of the knife has another gold plate.

I recently read and article on collectables. It had something like a list of the 10 worst buys in collectables and I remember that is listed "Beanie Babies" and "Anything Franklin Mint". I've got to say though that this 110 is a Franklin Mint item I would love to have. I believe there was also a bowie.

Yes there is a Buck Bowie. I like to call it the deer door knocker knife (the deer head looks like an old brass door knocker to me...lol)

Nice custom knives. I have a plain old issue Bucklite 112 here, it's the cousin to Tony's knife shown above; picked it up at a hardware/pawn/gunshop in an eastern NC small town this past week. OH

Desoto,

Very nice Vanguard's, what is the handle of the white Elk cutout knife made from?

Here is a little picked bone 709

That's a fine looking 709. Its a shame we don't see more bone handled Bucks these days.

Not certain for sure but I would say white phenolic. It's real glossy and slick. I fished it and the cactus handled one above it out of the bay from a "reseller" who purchased them at the Buck factory store. The box was a generic new Buck box with no identifying label. I've always intended to email Joe H. and see if I could learn anything more. Couldn't find anything on the special projects lists. It's a real beauty in person and one of my (many) favorites. I'm liking you knife and your dog, I don't recall ever seeing jigging quite like that...../Roger

Great show guys, great variety. Gotta give a big thumbsup on the Duke 110's and that bg42 paua 112 custom, that had to set you back a bit Driggert.

Nothing new again this week so I'll show an 88 110 that had been shortened and I sent it to Eric at Arksknives for a reblade with a 486 and a buff out. He did great for me.

Not quite twins, I like to think of these two as really close cousins. 055 and 503 Prince

These two are a couple of my favorites. I find I favor the 503, mainly because I prefer a drop point blade over the clip on the 055 for most tasks. If I were to go bird or squirrel hunting again though, I imagine the 055 would work very nicely. They ride in my pocket rather comfortably, and I love how they look after the shine has been knocked off the bolsters.
