Here is a new one for me (been waiting for Joe to answer some questions about it). It's a Bear claw stag 905 and so sweet. I also took a few new photo's to add to today's show a little later.

Hi All! I passed many SPS, but I saw all of last SPS. It was great shows. This is my pictures for SPS.

Two Alpha Hunters

Thank you, Armand, for another Greatest Show On Earth. My small part is a small knife. The blade stamp says it is a 55. But the handle looks like a 503. What is it?

David Yellowhorse Coyote c.1991. The Coyote was the third theme of a set of three matching knives which included a 102, 112, and 704. The first two series were the Running Horse followed by the Buffalo. The Runnning Horse, Buffalo and Coyote series were exclusive to Buck. I have never seen them outside the catalog but there were 3 matching pieces to the collection, a bolo tie, money clip, and belt buckle.

Thanks to ITE for another Greatest Show. Sunday is the day to see al kinds of Buck knives. After the post by RBasil I was thinking that I have a fixed and folding Alpha Hunter also. I dug them out and to be different mine are rubber handled models.

I've always admired that knife, is the claw real?

Hi Guy's,

DeSoto the claw is stag, WBC style cut out shape of the claw from the stag, sanded and colored to resemble the Bear Claw (very cool IMHO).

Armand this is a 2010 WBC limited edition as seen in the Buck catalog. The issue has 250 of the 905 Mountain man Bowie, 250 of the 110 Hunter, and 250 of the 503 Prince. The 905 I reeled in while fishing in the bay. The seller was not a knife person and was selling off collection for someone else. The listing stated they did not have any paperwork (no issue it can be replaced), it stated the knife was serialized (that is needed to get the new COA card made), and stated the knife came in the black LE box (LE's are currently sold in Black LE boxes). When I got the knife in hand there was no serialization etched on the blade.

So what did the mean (info for the newbe's)? 1) the knife could have been shipped from the factory in error without getting it's serial number (not likely, no COA card). 2) is this an extra knife called an over run?. 3) is this a Proto knife made before the rest of the 250 issue knives were made?. 4) was this a blemish knife, a knife sold at the factory with a defect that kept it from being part of the 250 knives in the issue, Blems used to get an etch on the blade, but now only the box label gets blem printed on it (the box label on this one had been peeled off and ripped a part of the box when it was removed). When I contacted the seller I was given a bunch of miss-leading information (I wont go into that). I sent Joe H an email a few weeks ago but have not gotten a response yet. I would like to know this knives history for future reference if possible. Anyway, it's an awesome looking knife and I'm happy to have it in my knife pile:thumbup:

Great show today folk's lots of fantastic Buck knives, thanks for sharing them.

I was at Home depot and saw they were carrying Black Walnut boards. I picked up a few feet and am turning it into a display board. Not sure just how I want to finish it off. I do know that the Stag/Elk handled knives sure look nice next to it.

Thanks for another great Sunday Picture Show! Great knives today!

Here is one of my favorite 110s. I really want to carry it, but I haven't been able to get myself to. For now, it's just for nice.

Hello guys great show, sorry that I am late. Could not help myself when I saw what was being posted, I know that I recently posted some of these but they seem to fit in with the show.

Both of these are the AG series, the top one is Iron wood, the bottom is the standard Rose wood, I do like them both. Thank you for looking. HL
