Old knife I got sometime a year ago from someone who is now deceased, don't know much about the knife except that it's over 10 years old and was a Wenger/Buck collaboration.
Blades are dull as anything, haven't sharpened them because I'm not sure whether to keep this knife the way I received it (due to sentimental attachment) or to sharpen it and use it.

Another Buck blade that got a new handle.

Thanks for viewing.

Best,
Haebbie

Folks, once again a good way to start off Sunday morning. I do not have but a couple of Bucks my dad & grandfather had & no way to post the pictures (I/T guy from work rebuilt our computer, forgot to put video manager in :grumpy: ), but I really enjoy looking at all of the knives posted every Sunday morning. Thanks for taking the time to allow the rest of us to enjoy.
Be safe.

Haebbie, nice job on that 477... What's kind of handle did you put on it?

Thanks for sharing every Sunday... ITE ...:thumbup::thumbup:

Millennium Trapper
Stamped on tang; BUCK USA. Made by Camillus for Buck, offered for sale only by SMKW's.
Hence there is NO model number or date on tang. However, lets call it a model 334 Trapper.
As you can see in the case, year was 2000, came in two real flavors. Both were serial numbered on bolster. The bottom left is a Camillus closing, lets-assemble-all-parts for auction, knife. Note: odd bone color, no blade pad stamp, no serial number and a brass spring rivet instead of a nickle. Buyer beware. As I have heard said: They are big honkin' folding knives.

This is another photo of same knives but note my wild-arse luck, consecutively numbered 0648 and 0649, bought at different times, different places.....why can't I buy a lottery ticket with that good luck.

Haebbie, nice work! These are 3 501s that arrived this week. I suddenly have taken a real interest in the 501s. I carried the old "1 dot" Norton a couple of days this week...and really like it...small & un-noticed on the belt, but big enough to get the job done. I'd even try skinning a deer with it...if I ever get freed-up from work on Saturdays.

Haebbie, beautiful job on that knife.

300Bucks, that is a great bunch of Camillus made trapper knives.

The industrial strength Buck/Tops CSAR-T, 95BKSTP-B, weighs in @ 8.62 ounces (244.4 grams). The ATS-34 blade looks like it was born from a leaf spring and the scales appear like they are worked black lava rock. However OA I see elegance (visual, design, engineering and production elegance) and comfort in the forward and in the reverse grip.

Yes, there are two different-sized PB washers riding the blade @ the pivot and that is grease you see. The pocket clip is as tight as a bank's loan officer. :D

Sorry, ITE, I forgot to post.

The handle is made of ivory, German silver, red paper fibre at black locust.

Best, Haebbie

Beautiful knives guys! Haebbie thanks for the play by play! That knife turned out beautiful! I love the micarta custom Topol! Awesome S30V Scott!!! I have to agree with you oregon, that CSAR is sweet! :D
Thanks for the 300's 300! I didnt realize there were any "buildouts" LOL
I am preparing to head out into the blizzard to try some outdoorsy pics, I may need to use the CSAR to get out there though :D

Great show so far guys. I'm going to start with my "new" old 110. Circa 1967 that was just recently refurbished by Leroy.
