Fixed blades or folders... Post all the pictures you want, but save some for next Sundays Picture Show... Post a new picture or a old picture... Well let's try 110s this Sunday by request by Stumps...
But again you can share or post any Buck Knife or knives that you wish too...

Here's one of my favorite 110s that my son and
my daughter-in-law gave me for Christmas a few
years ago... They ordered it from the Buck Custom
Shop for me... It has nickel silver bolsters with
ram horn finger grooves handles and they got me
the S30V steel blade... This is one Sweet 110 for Sure...

Thanks for looking and enjoy the show... ITE

Yes Armand that is one sweet 110 you have there. Nice to have family members support your interests.

Buck 110's. This could end up being a record SPS.

Here is a 110 linerlock for starters.

The Greatest Show On Earth for a great aera. This Buck 110 pictures the most important time in the latest history of the German nation. Thank you, Armand, for another chance to show those historical mementos.

Alright….a Buck 110 week and I'm home and have a few new Buck 110s to post!! Thank you Armand!!
I really like ram's horn and you have a good one there. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Soooooo, this is a Buck 110 week, huh?
Anyone post anything but a Buck 110 and I gonna send my cousin Vinnie to see ya. Understand? :D

Okay…I'll go look for some Buck 110 photos. Be back soon.

Let's see…where to start for this GSOE? :)

I think I'll start with this odd 1968 Buck 110. It's a 3rd Version/ 4th Variation with no pins in the Macassar Ebony.

The story that came with this knife was that the engraving was done freehand by Larry Roe while sitting in a bar in the late 1960s.
The owner of the knife liked to go frog gigging, so Larry engraved a frog on the rear bolster.
Note; Here's a short story written about Larry Roe back on March 24th, 1969 in a local newspaper; https://news.google.com/newspapers?...AIBAJ&sjid=znsDAAAAIBAJ&pg=2059,1681169&hl=en

Here's the Buck 110;

Thank you for the kind words Stumps. Nobody came and told me that my favorite Bucklite 424 was on clearance for $10 so I'm back blocking the doorway that the stampede knocks me over that I can find out the important stuff. Yea. That's right. The good to know stuff. Those little knives are easy to lose also. Looks like they are disco...

A half & half salesman's sample:

Here is another goodie.

Skyler graciously sent this one my way. :)

This Buck 110 brings back some good memories of a chance meeting between me and one of those big cats.
It also is serial #52. A good year to be born, right Armand? (that would be 1952) :)

Have a lot of spare time to read about the day I was walking north on the Florida National Scenic Trail and a panther was walking south on the same trail? Here's a link to that day in one of my journals;

Here is another of my favorites because of the story behind it.

Buck would let employees do some custom work on knives for themselves when they weren't on company time back in 1973.
I got this slimmed down 1973 Buck 110 with maroon Micarta covers from the brother-in-law of Buck's shop foreman from that time frame. The BIL was a knife maker for Buck back then.

Time to head out for breakfast.
I'll be back later with more….and remember what I said about Vinnie. :)

That maroon micarta is sweet. If Buck's custom shop offered maron micarta I'd order one in a heartbeat. I love the looks of maroon micarta.

Wow, The Buck 110. I have never seen so many variations on another knife, I have never see half as many variations on another style of knife. My Mammoth etched #009 was the first Buck knife I ever bought and still one of the most expensive. Shortly after buying the mammoth etched 110, I bought a collection with over 40 blade etched 110's from the same guy. That is where Haebbie's Berlin wall 110 originated. Yes, that is the one and only knife I have ever shipped across the Ocean. I didn't realize the shipping would cost almost half of what I sold it for. You live, you learn, and I am happy to know it went to Germany's greatest Buck collector. I think this should put me first in line if Haebbie decides to sell his Pearl 124:D:D:D

I am sure a few others that have passed through my collection will pop up later in this thread. The only ones that tend to stay with me seem to have Ivory or pearl of some sort on them. Other than a few $20 users laying around in every room of the house.....

Here are a few of the ones that are not going anywhere:thumbup::thumbup: Of course I said that about the 110 Skyler posted earlier:eek::eek:

we just finished putting in the new shower, so I thought I would take a couple pictures of my Ivory 110's on the tile/stone floor. We made a tile stone river from the kitchen all the way to the bathroom with 24 tile trout swimming and stones from a lot of the cool places I've been, I even have a handful of stones my sister just brought me back from Iceland 2 months ago in the river. I'll take more pics in the weeks to come

Some of my pearl 110's:thumbup::thumbup:

Great show so far. Time to get ready for some Fishing:D Hopefully I will get a few pics to post later!!
