A bone 55 was the fancy dress knife of "second" choice.

Good morning Armand, Allyson, Sam, DesertChris, Mrs DesertChris and all the rest of you Buckaroos. :)

It is early Sunday morning and Armand has already started another SPS. Yeah…I love seeing pictures of some of the Buck knives you all have!!

Glad to see you adding to your small Buck collection there Armand.:p
Chris….I thought you were gonna say you had plenty of room for a 124 on that dress belt. Nice little bone handled 055!!

I have been wanting one of these vintage kitchen set of three knives for quite a while, but was never able to pay what they were going for.
I picked this set up not long ago and it sat in my garage waiting to be cleaned up and sharpened until two days ago.
I buffed all the scratches out of the blades and Micarta handles, then put an extremely sharp edge on all three.
I had to laugh when I got them because they wouldn't even cut paper. (I think they were sold rather than have them sharpened) :)
The wall hanger that is not in the pictures was in like new condition…already in it's spot on the kitchen wall.

Edit; Forgot my wildlife photo.
Today's wildlife photo is from a friend in Vermont.
He butchered a hog and left scraps on this rock. The scraps were all gone the next day, so when he butchered a sheep, he left the scraps on the rock and set up a predator cam.
He got over 100 photos of this fisher cat carrying stuff away and coming back for more that night.

Well, guys, I am almost sure that something went wrong with the production
of this knife but I don't know what. It would be nice if you give me a hint.

Thanks, Armand for another GSOE. A nice third Advent for you all.

Herbert…I saw one or two of those inside out 110's floating around Post Falls last July. Is that where you got that one??
I can only imagine that was made early on a Monday morning before the coffee kicked in. :D

Monday morning pre first coffee of a day production has to be stopped at once!!! ;) :)
No, Stumps, I saw it at Joe's archive sale the fist time, but somebody bought it
before I could. No, there was an offer at the Blade Forums a few weeks later and
I went on it.

Morning Gents, as always this is the place to be if you want to see the unusual and the unique in the Buck world! I am packing up for a duck hunt right now - just dropped this Buck 102 into my blind bag. OH

I guess I have to follow a couple of turkey feet today. There are a lot of great looking knives on the SPS today and it is great to see knives that have been restored. Great job, Stumps!! For my donation I have a very regular 119 with an old Korean school bell that my wife got for me on her last trip to Korea. I do have the clapper and it is very loud. I brought it to work and most people said to not clean it up.

That's a nice 317, 300Bucks. I'll bet Buck club members could figure out where to find one just like it.

This seems to be a good place for a first post, since it's the pictures I'd really like to share.

I've been a fan of Buck knives for some time now, and I have certainly known about these, but never would have guessed when I opened this birthday gift.
I think it's really awesome.

Great show again, great Buck knives.

Stumps, love the Trio, have a set on my kitchen wall. Now I've added a new kitchen knife to the magnetic strip above my Trio set. It's the Buck 581. They were priced right on the wesite, and I'm glad I picked 2 up.
