Looks like David K and myself both served as fire fighters in the AF. Here is a plaque the German chief made everyone once the tour was up.Germany then California at Beale where the SR71 is stationed.

The knives im showing are the collaboration between Buck and Tops. Both Idaho made.
The 690, 095 and 680. First release of the 690 was in 420 steel. Then switched to 154CM. Little different grind and sized holes in the blade. High quality Kydex and nylon sheaths. They have the 1/4 drive fitting and you can order the bit kit for them. These knives are really heavy duty. They all have G10 scales with Rocky mt tread pattern except the early folder which was smooth g10. Then the skeletonized neck knife version.

112 Auto with pocket clip. Never made sense to me to have an auto in a snap shut sheath. Seems to defeat the purpose.

love pocket clips.. and that looks great.....but without a safety seems too risky to me for carry. guess against seam of pocket is a bit of a safety, but I wouldnt do it. that said it's your call and it does look great. just need a version from buck with a safety and factory pocket clip..but I'd prefer a 110 myself.:)
