The Sunday Picture Show... (4-28-2013)

Hello everyone, it's time again for the Sunday Picture Show... This Show is for everyone... So feel free to talk about and compliment each other about there new or old Buck knives... We all like to show are new or older knives that we just got or had for years... So everyone please share and post a picture of one of your Buck knives or a picture with lots of Buck knives... Fixed blades or folders... Post all the pictures you want, but save some for next Sundays Picture Show... Post a new picture or a old picture... If you only have one Buck knife or alot of Buck knives... Just take some new Picture of it or of them and just get creative and make Buck Proud.... Thanks, ItsTooEarly ...

Here's my pictures for the SPS... This Sunday I have 525 Whitetail Deer from the Memory Series... I got this one from that same yard sale a few weeks ago... One more Buck to go, it's for next week... We have lots of Sundays to share Buck Knives...

Thanks for looking and enjoy the show... ITE

Recent and annual, Rio Grande turkey hunt in western Kansas. This ole bird was heavy, needed a scale, but he met the turkey hunter challenge of being able to hang him from a branch by his spurs. Knife - Hand picked for scale color from a brick and motor store, small Vantage Avid. Also had a 301. 300

Got another trophy by finding someone else's heartache. Apparently, lost 10pt whitetail buck from hunting season. Wild creatures had not yet begun to chew on.

Here's my latest Buck 110 acquisition. It definitely caught my eye. :)
Red stag scales (the jury is still out on this); some filework and has a
very nice button.

Great picture show so far. I'm one the road so this week I'll be a lurker. In Upstate New York last week I found a Paul Bunyan BUCK 307 NIB at a small gun shop. I'll put up pictures in next week's picture show. I believe it was a Smoky Mountain issue. I'm in Baltimore today for a niece's wedding and plan a trip to the Smithsonian in Washington DC tomorrow then heading back to St Louis Tuesday.

Here is my offering for Armands Sunday picture show a older 110 with lots of patina on it , although I think the patina was induced bye using a chemical maybe but I like the way it looks .

Yes, D-RIG, that looks a lot darker than normal. I have bought knives off the bay that were darken but not that dark.

Thanks for today's SPS ITE. Hope you're feeling better.

This week I'm posting a Buck/Strider Nighthawk with a Kydex sheath.

This week's wildlife photo is not an ordinary one. I was hiking the John Muir Trail in the Sierras and ran across these pack horses/mules. This is a pretty common sight in CA and MT.

Great show fellas, as always-Thanks Armand for keeping it going every week.

Go a couple more inverted 3-liners this week. Have 4 now, working for a whole set.

105 and 119. Both oughta respond well to a spa. The Pathfinder has some marks on the spine that didnt show up on the auction site pics. I dont think they are coming off. Appears previous owner used it as a mallet. Ah well.

Residue from a fired black powder muzzle loader will turn brass these colors rather quickly. I like the looks of this 110:thumbup:
