Very nice! For this Sunday I picked a 110 and 112 that have both been back to buck for a spa treatment. Didn't take any "before" photos but imagine some very poor efforts at sharpening and extensive use of the bolsters as a hammer. Some of the dings were so bad I figured Buck would just have to leave them but they both came back looking great.

Thought I'd throw in a picture of my catch drawer. This is where I put my scores from local pawn shops, yard sales, etc., until I get around to sorting, cleaning,, etc. These have all been cleaned.

For my wildlife shots we have a Finch nest in a flower holder on the house. Here is the face of one of the babies in the nest and then one of the mom eating some feed I put out for her.

This is my Blade Show haul. Jerry Quinn, being a nice guy brought me two odd-ball knives I show you here. And I found one with other show goers help. As is normal 300s are in short supply. As I have come to say, "They are pocket tools, and get used up."

These are what I call Odd-Balls. A 319 bladed 301 or a 319 with a spey blade and no awl, your call. I say a miss assembled blade. A Camillus fish knife body with a Buck 313 blade, I like the jigged bone anyway. Must be a late Friday afternoon knife. Same thing with this apparently Camillus Stockman with wooden scales, brass bolsters and a Buck 301 blade. Will post this over in the Collector/Camillus forum to see what model it is. 300

Thought I would put up some pictures of a 112 that I sent back to Buck, a while ago. They cleaned up the handle and replaced the blade.

Well let's start off today by saying happy father's day to all the father's out there.
We have some beautiful knives this week. I have some knives this week that I just bought. If my father knew what they cost would say " do you need your head examined"....so they are kinda fitting for today.

Good day everyone and Happy Fathers Day to all. Great pictures of some great knives so far with lots of day to come.

This week I received a few Buck 110's off the bay for an extremely good price and in them was this one.

Can you figure out what makes this one an oddity? Armand excluded. I already told you about this one so no cheating.

Two BCCI knives that I am honored to own. My association with the Buck Collector's Club has stilted me is such a wonderful manner that I am obligated to try very hard to raise myself in order to earn it now. The wildlife shot is my new desktop background: The Four Champions of Blade 2014, photo courtesy of my hero 300, (LtoR) Brent Schindewolf, Larry Oden (Hollywood), Dale Eichberg and Jim Holbrook. Congratulations and bravo fellas. Photographic background, BTW, here in the Willamette Valley (my neck of the woods) the plant life grows so quickly I can't call my outside chores yard work but instead call it jungle fighting.

Very nice. The lack of a nail nick jumps to mind first.

Badhammer. You are correct. I have not seen a new version without a nail nick. Guessing it was just one that missed that process for some reason. Not sure if there are very many others out there like that or not.

so i decided to break out the DSLR and give it a try instead of my camera phone. I lack anything for a good setup though around my house, used a lens hood as a display. A 722 I bought a while ago and a recent 721 I bought from the exchange

Happy Father's Day!

This week I decided to post one of the few BuckLites I have in honor of Armand…who is almost old enough to be my father. :)

Thanks for getting another SPS started Armand and you started it with a Buck knife I've never seen before.:thumbup::thumbup:

James….way to go on that 50th anniversary 110 w/o a nail nick. Nice find!!:thumbup::thumbup:

honestlyinsane…I like that bison cutout and the stand!! Your dad's words could probably go to all of us here on the Buck forum. :)

Michael…I like the Buck Punk. I think those are overlooked because of the name.

Nice knives and wildlife shots everyone!! I like that bison cutout.

Here is a 1989 BuckLite 422.
