Hello and welcome to the Sunday Picture Show. Share your Buck knives with others by posting pictures of them here. New or old, plain or custom, user or safe queen, one or a collection, we love to see them all. This weekly tradition was started in 2010 by ItsTooEarly (Armand Hernandez) and Oregon (Steve Dunn). Help keep the tradition alive. Feel free to click that 'LIKE' but lets not let it replace discussing and complimenting each others knives. Above all, enjoy the show. DeSotoSky (Roger Yost)

This Day in History. July 3, 1778 The Wyoming Massacre (Wyoming Valley, Pennsylvania)
Probably one of the most brutal and one sided encounters of the Revolutionary war. It was a disaster as the inexperienced militiamen panicked and ran. Only about 60 Patriots escaped. The Loyalists and Iroquois tortured and killed almost all who were captured, and only five prisoners were taken alive. It was reported that the Indian allies had taken 227 scalps. 360 American civilians including women and children were massacred; many others died of starvation or exposure. John Butler commanding the British forces reported only two Loyalist Rangers and one Indian killed out of 1,000 men, and eight Indians wounded. He claimed that his force took 227 scalps, burned 1,000 houses, and drove off 1,000 cattle plus many sheep and hogs.
