Hello and welcome to the Sunday Picture Show. Share your Buck knives with others by posting pictures of them here. New or old, plain or custom, user or safe queen, one or a collection, we love to see them all. This weekly tradition was started in 2010 by ItsTooEarly (Armand Hernandez) and Oregon (Steve Dunn). Help keep the tradition alive. Feel free to click that 'LIKE' but lets not let it replace discussing and complimenting each others knives. DeSotoSky (Roger Yost)

On this Day, November 5th 1935, The Board Game Monopoly is introduced by Parker Brothers.
Based on an earlier The Landlords Game, dating back to 1903, was intended as an educational tool about monopolies and tax theory. Parker Brothers purchased the patent for $500. Parker Brothers was absorbed by Hasbro in 1991 who continues to make the game. Estimated 275 million copies, in 37 languages, and sold in 103 countries. Properties on the board are based on Atlantic City, NJ locations. One more interesting tidbit before we get on with the show. During WWII UK intelligence distributed Monopoly games using fake charity organizations to prisoners in Nazi camps containing hidden compasses, maps, real money etc to aid escape.
