The synthesis of Leather and Kydex....

Good Day,

Who all do you go to when you need a sheath that is leather with a kydex insert?

I am thinking of a leather pocket sheath for a knife or two, but I want the added safety of a kydex liner.

Do you know of anyone who is known for this kind of thing?

I think many scandinavian makers can do this, as they mostly use inserts for their leather sheaths, and some definetley use kydex for this. Tim Wagendorp in belgium even has a puuko with a kydex lined sheath..real beauty. Ehh look in my signature the BKS page and look up Tim.. he's there somewhere and you can always mail him.
