When does your training ends and your excellence of being begins?

I understand that Master Swordsman continue with the motions long after they have achieved skills par excellence.

That begs the question: Do you ever stop training? Is that such a thing as too much training?

Understandably, these days there is "no more need for a Master Swordsman". May be I should say, the era has long passed when a Master stalks the land.

Therefore, is there a need to achieve the Tao of Swordsmanship? Is there such a thing as Tao of Swordsmanship?

Who knows?

No.

Though I supposed if you achieved total Zen swordsmanship -- that perfect state of acting, not reacting, without thought for those actions -- you could probably take a night or two off.

The Tao that can be expressed is not the Tao, as they say...
