One of my good buddies got married earlier this year, and for the occasion I brought out my original bottling - first batch - Gentleman Jack bottle from 1989.

That was an exceptional bottle of Tennessee Whiskey!

Thanks for the pictures - I am going back for some more Jack and double checking my email for the ganza!

I never get why high end whiskey / whisky sets always come with the wrong types of glasses though. For a bottle of bourbon that costs over $300, I'd think you would want something fluted to concentrate and enhance the nose, not something flared to dilute it.

From the distillery...I can pick you up one or two sometime if you like. It's only about 20 minutes away.

Ironically they are made by Glencairn (glass not crystal though) just like the decanter set. Send me an email with your info and I'll pick you up some glasses. I'll need to get one for Jerry to thank him for my new knife/credit anyway!
