Well I just picked up my first Chris Reeve product about 3 weeks ago now. Its a small classic micarta sebenza that has been used but well cared for since April 24, 2008. I am a self admitting knife addict and buy and sell knives like crazy and used to always carry a different knife every day. Sometimes I would even bring a couple with me to work and switch them out mid day. I am happy to say that after reprofiling and putting a good edge on it, I have been carrying it every day. This is a huge thing for me, I never in a million years would have expected to want to carry this knife every day and leave all my other knives at home. I thought that the classic/21 handle didn't look very ergonomic however as soon as I got it in hand I fell in love. It fits my hand like a glove. The previous owner used a torx driver in the alan screw heads so they look a bit off but I ordered a new set from Charmaine for $4.50 including shipping and should have them tomorrow, cant wait. I've wanted a Sebenza ever since I really got into knives last year and am glad that I finally took the plunge. Life is good!

Also for all you Burger fans... Here are some pics of my Burger EXK 1 that I also got 3 weeks ago. This knife is also very nice. I really love the flipper type opener, it works very well every time. It doesn't fly open like a traditional flipper, it opens nice and controlled like a thumbstud or hole. The hand satin finished blade is a thing to marvel at and I really like the double liner lock cutout. This is his new model. It has a thicker Ti liner lock, no red spacer, and its supposed to have the closest tolerances of any knife he's ever made. Check em out!

Oh and thats my Smith and Wesson 66-1 .357 magnum which is another of my favorite things!

I like dem Burgers. That's the first time I've seen just how thick the lockbar is on them. Very nice!

Good pair of blades you've got there.

Professor.

I've also got a new Burger, but mine was made with dual liners, carbon fibre scales, pocket clip and D2 steel. Its a great little knife. Eventhough I really like my tanto Umnum, I totally regret selling my Sm. Reg.
Great combo!

That is a nice S&W 66-1, I have a S&W 19-3 that is one of my favorite things along with my African Blackwood Sebenza.

Great set of knives. I really love both of those. I really like the opening system on the Burger Knives.

Ya the Burger EXK1 is a great knife. Its super smooth with its nylatron washers and supposedly doesn't even need lubricant. I like to put a tad in there anyway though. They make a very nice knife.

I forgot to mention that this one sports a D2 blade heat treated to 61-62 Rc. I took the knife apart and found that it had 3 little dimples where Mr. Burger checked the Rc at multiple places in the blade. They are underneath the scales so you can't seem them on the outside though. He tests every single blade that he makes before he sends it out. So far the blade seems to hold a very good edge.

The pocket clip is taken off in those pics but it also came with a blue anodized titanium clip to match the liners.
