I ordered an RC-4 on june 30th and didn't have any news of it since then, so sent a mail to KSF and here are the emails :

Order Status: Order #7328

Hi, I ordered an RC-4 and some paracord on the order #7328. Its been 20 days now and have no information with the USPS tracking number. I'm kind of worried, anyway of finding out where its at ?

It was mailed on 7/1

Unfortunately, the post office does not scan first class packages until it goes through customs. It is certainly not unheard of for a package to Canada to take 4 or 5 weeks. Let’s give it more time. If it is not there by 8/1 let’s talk and see what can be done.

Okay—I can ship again. I am about out of the RC 4 in black. Are you interested in Desert Tan or Olive Drab with the blaze orange handle?

Another :thumbup: for Derrick and Wendy. I placed my first order with KSF the other morning (two Izulas and some paracord) but never received an order confirmation. Sent them an email late that afternoon asking to please confirm that they did indeed get the order and let me know when it might be shipping out. Got a return email at 10:35pm that night from Wendy letting me know my order shipped that day (same day I placed it!) along with the USPS tracking number. I am looking forward to receiving my package from them in the next day or so.:cool:

For Information, Wendy sent me the new tracking number, so RC-4 on its way, The better the job USPS and Canada Post does, the less time you have, time is counting.

Derrick and Wendy are both awesome. I never worry about any item ordered from KSF, because I know the quality of customer service that KSF provides.
