This is one of my designs , its name is Tigertooth. It is a little fixed blade for SD. I have some drawing designs, the Tigertooth is the first in Steel. I am very pleased with it. The maker is Mariano Yanoni my favourite argentinian knifemaker.
It is made of D3 steel and micarta handles.

Please be patient, I dont speak English properly.

Like the design, nice lines, and it looks like it would be very fast and handy.

The unusual grip reminds me of the "clinch pick", I can't remember the maker of that one for sure, maybe Shivworks?

Have you tried any test cutting/stabbing with it yet?
