The time has come for the ELMAX Chophouse

My favorite big chunk of SR101 is the Chophouse, it’s an extremely useful knife with good knuckle clearance and forward weight, balance and great slicing geometry that doesn’t give up much strength at .25” thick.

The Chophouse looks a lot like a Hudson Bay pattern, a classic camp knife that was referred to in this thread as the “BUSSE of its day”

An Infi Chophouse would be great for kitchen work but I think ELMAX would be great for food prep and game processing :thumbsup::D
With a few HOGS asking about the possibility of more ELMAX offerings, I believe the time has come for the ELMAX CHOPHOUSE THICK CUT!
 
I don't use the big knives in the block very often but I could see an even thinner cut elmax Chop House being a pretty awesome kitchen knife for those that do.
