I did a search for "tiny toothpick" and was surprised to see very few post on this pattern. There are a number of discussions on small knives for EDC, however I read several pages of posts with no mention of the tiny toothpick. I am young in the hobby of knife collecting. My first desire was to collect case folders and I soon found that the Tiny Toothpick was my favorite pattern. I have a case bonestag tiny toothpick with "father" engraved on the blade which goes with me everywhere. My 2 son's gave it to me for fathers day a while back. I find this knife to dissapear in your pocket yet the blade is long enough and ridgid enough for most day to day tasks. It also has the look and feel of a traditional folder. I have other knives which I carry hunting, fishing, or for defense, but they are always in addition to my tiny toothpick. I also find them fun to collect due to the numerous handle materials which have been produced as well as being affordable. Even when I'm strapped for cash I can afford a tiny toothpick if I see one I like.

I started out collecting Texas Toothpicks, and have picked up a few of the tinys along the way. They are nice little knives! I read somewhere that a poster on one of these forums has over 200 of them.

The little red bone CV is quite the little slicer.

I'm sure if I'd try one I would like it a lot, but for me, for now, a toothpick just looks like it ought to be a large knife. I only recently tried a mini-trapper and love it. I'm still not ready to go the tiny-trapper though. I'm a bit spoiled with the peanut when you get into little knives.

No doubt thigh that the tiny toothpick would probably be a nifty little carry, as easy and as usable as the peanut. I think it's just the pattern itself draws most fellows towards the full size knives more.

Everyone has their favorites with some patterns/sizes having large followings and others being appreciated by fewer. The later get to claim a little more uniqueness. ;) Good to hear you are enjoying you pattern of choice!

The Case tiny toothpicks are also great gifts - they're
real pretty, nicely made, people appreciate them.
