We brought in close to 10 lbs of tomatoes on Sunday. It was sauce time. It's nice to have a fine knife when you have to quarter that many tomatoes. Everything was ready by dinner time!

That looks quite tasty. That is a fine looking knife.
 
This is what the patina looks like after 3 months of almost every day use. 10V really does hold an edge a long time. I haven't had to do much to it other than wipe it off after use and run it over a strop here and there.
