That sharp point at the bottom of the choil is going to cut you, it even sticks out of the sheath, I would think that should be rounded off and dulled. John

I hate to say it but I don't think you would get to far chopping without getting some hot spots from that handle, knock those edges down a bit.

It is nice to see a unique design. Don't take any criticism to harshly, it is meant to be constructive and helpful.
Thank you, I understand that , and take in all the comments good or bad, and build off of it. But I also have got a
saying that " the client gets what the client wants " if the client request a special design and approves the draft then hey....its his baby!
 
That's when you break out the "in my experience" phrase and offer a gentle nudge in a direction that might make the user happier with the end product, they might appreciate it.
