So there's the new T2 knife. I want answers from someone who knows first hand or knows someone who knows firsthand. I'm getting a TOP's Tracker, I don't care to hear reviews or personal opinion as it may relate to the knife itself, only the differences, pros and cons on the bigger versus the smaller of the two. Trying to decide which one to get. Any replies would be much appreciated.

just got my T2 in the mail today. love it. perfect functional size for me and not as heavy as the full size. easier to carry and possibly to fight with, as i know this component is an attractive one for those who are fans of the movie. dont think you'll be disappointed.

I was looking for a hard use survival slash hunting slash defense knife . I do alot of hunting and travel to different parts of the world. I am heading to Tajikistan in 10 months and wanted a knife that could get it done and would not be heavy like a full sized wsk. I have a Beck and a predator and also a full sized tops tracker. I got the T -2 and a hedgehog sheath for it and I love it. I do not like the full size tops feels to much like a hatchet nothing like the beck. The T2 feels more like a knife and will skin and do small chores alot easier then the large one. If you get in a survival situation it is not as good as the larger one but probale better than a 3 to 4 inch skinner. I think the little one is very nice but be sure to get it with a hedgehog sheath, very secure and comfortable. i like bigger fixed blades and have found scout carry to be good in the field as long as you do not have a heavy pack on. but the horizontal carry hides the knife a bit better and is fast to retrieve. I hope i have been of help

I went through the same thing. Ended up with the T2. weight and price were my issues, but this is before I knew about newgraham.com

Enjoy, I sure liked for the brief time I had it. The sheath was surprisingly nice too, i really enjoyed the pivoting O ring design. I wouldn't mind picking up one for my srkw m6's kydex.

Have fun!
