There relatively new. The ASH I just got today, its already showing wear since that pic was taken. LOL. The SNG doesnt show much because the stonewashed blade looks that way no matter what.
Im glad I finally have a Busse I dont feel bad beating on. Im going to do some landscaping with her tommorow.

nice stuff, but they don't look used to me.
Thats what I was thinking...old pic perhaps? My ASH-LE has become far and away my most grabbed piece of steel when it comes to fixed blades. As far as a folder i carry a spyderco mili thats been through all kinds of hell and used for things I wouldnt recommend.
I edc an AD many days but I love the overall uses that ASH presents, it replaced my sabre SFNO for around the house chores and camp use ( I know that talk is sacreligious)

great combo 
- just got my SNG the other day and I gave it a real workout today. Spousal unit used it cut some holly while we were on a walk, holly is real tough 
but it managed it !! I thought it was dull but used it to unzip a box that was in an awkward spot in the shed. Instead of unpacking the whole shed I just opened a little hatch 
Then carved a little christmas tree from a stick - cut some feathers into all 4 sides. The choil really gives you a lot of control !!

The SJTAC is just my beater and tomorrow it's on cardboard duty - loads of cardboard.
Sunday I'm playing with the NMFBM, gotta burn some old brush and the cardboard !!
