Really, We see threads like "Whats in your pocket?" "What Knife do you carry?" And I know there are plenty of newcomers (including me) that go to see what the most used gear is.

Well, why not create a thread just for that, List What you carry, and for any object you use, describe why you consider it perfect for your EDC Tasks!

And If you can, Tell us that the reason you chose your knife was because of a perfect combination of handle material and Steel choice. I hear so much about Delicas and Enduras and since I am about to buy a new EDC knife, i need all the suggestions I can get!

Perhaps you should rig up a poll, or some easily visible way of organizing the information. I know I'm not gonna dig through that entire thread to find out what is most commonly used, but I'd find that information interesting too.

Theres a reason for that! :D
I have a Delica 4 in my pocket right now actually. Its one of my main EDC knives because I like it a lot, the VG-10 steel takes an excellent edge and holds it very well. I also love the handle because it fits my hand perfectly, and provides a very secure grip.
Other great EDC choices are the BM Mini Grip, Kershaw Zing/RAM/Leek and so forth. Lots of good stuff out there

@zerotime I plan too but the only problem is idk what knives to put on the poll D:

@Derrick cool yea I love spyderco and im trying to get away from taking the cheap way out and buying the tenacious...

The problem with a poll like that is, you get people focussed on talking about the popular knives. There are already lots of threads about them. What you want is a thread about the lesser known knives, like Mcusta or the traditional slipjoints or Laguioles, and how they could fit your daily needs.

Also, I heard something about and Endura or Delica that was as good as the Pacific salt for water resistance, but the reason I'm interested in that is because i live in Florida and it's always raining and there is water everywhere, on the streets, in the woods, in your shoes, in your house. Any opinions? I know nothing about the salt
