SB1771 would repeal the antiquated ban on switchblade (automatic) knives and possession of knives over four inches in length "with intent to go armed," a vague law subject to abuse.

If you live, work or travel in Tennessee, please CALL or EMAIL Governor Bill Haslam and ask him to sign SB1771.

The question is ridiculous. If the House DID know there was an impending zombie apocalypse, of course they aren't going to make the public aware of it. Bureaucrats.

I did send my Governor a short email asking him to sign SB1771.

Rep Jones has no idea what's she talking about. There are lots of places in Tennessee you can't legally carry a gun and there are lots of people who aren't legally allowed to possess a gun.
