The very last 111???

Hi Guys,

I got this beautiful knife from Karesz69 --- thanks a lot!!

but is that true? Is this the last 111 ever made?



are the tools destroyed and the blueprints burned away to nothing?



or is that knife a fake?



or do we find that model once upon a time here in post falls again?

Who knows more?

These are serialized. Mine is 12/750 and I got Chuck Buck to sign it last Sept.
Are you saying you got 750/750?
 
humm last one? for now any way is what i heard
i dont mean to be talking out out of school..
but here is what i think i heard..
yes this is the last of the 111 to be made as standard production item
this most likely wont include any build outs..

from what i understood they could be made again
if some company comes along and is willing to pay for the setting up again that is..

it is also possible that it could be come an limited edition model like the 120 and some other models have..

but i really don't know any thing.. this is only what i think i heard
we will have to wait for JOE or CJ to chime in to know for sure
 
This may be the last special project using the 111 but other 111's were finished up for the sale at the plant last fall. Those knives had nitride coated blades with and without serrations. If I remember correctly they also had some 111's with elk or stag at the same sale. The bottom line is the project you are referencing may not have the last date of manufacture for 111's.
 
Many thanks for the informations. Let's see what happens with the 111. But I am lucky to have one of the "last" 111s.

Flatlander, no I don't have the 750 of 750. I only own the 025 of 750.
