The wait is killing me...

The Blade is beautiful, love the gold bug on the blade & the laminated line is cool.

The blade is perfectly centered when closed & is rock solid when open.

The handle color is a little odd for my taste (rasberry razzle) but that just means it won't be babied, it's gonna cut stuff!!!

Sal, Thank you so much for taking a chance with this new steel, I hope it becomes so successfull, that you will be able to make it in more of your current designs as well as your future high-end models.

I am off to go cut something!!
 
I can't wait to get mine, either. :)

I think the choice of a black clip in this case is a little strange, and something closer to the blade's appearace (like dull-brushed stainless) would have been more fitting, but I'm not buying it for the looks. ;)

I would (& still might) swap the black clip with the matt silver one from the grey handled calypso jr, but the gold bugs match on the blade & the black clip.

Mine is due in Friday too! There's gonna be shredded junk EVERYWHERE! Assuming it doesn't suck of course, but my hopes are high.

The guy at Newgraham said they sold 75 by the time I called in the first day, and I think that was only about 3:00.
 
Waited all day for mine. Stupid UPS never came. Tracking said it was coming today. Toniight tracking said it was rescheduled as "IT WAS MISSED". my $#^*@.Oh well that's UPS for you. :thumbdn: :barf: :eek: :grumpy:
 
I think I'll go satin my clip. The black clip doesn't reall match the knife IMO :p
 
I just found mine left by UPS on the front door step. I carry my folders in my front pocket so I always remove the pocket clip.

So far it seems like a great knife. It is a little larger than I usually carry but it is much, much lighter than I expected for the size.

WOW!

This is the sharpest factory knife I've ever had. I am very impressed. It cuts cardboard so cleanly I got paper cuts from the edges of the cardboard. The only knife I have that is this sharp is a custom by Murray Carter.
