Was reading this thread on a watch forum about problems with a watch and a defective design and the problems with customer service. Was glancing thru the days posts and all of a sudden the word RAT pops out :eek:. I'm not sure how the person who posted this came across it but I think it's a GREAT testament to RAT that when discussing warranties this comes up as a example :thumbup:. Of course I had to add my .02 to it(user name Brian D. ;)).

Well thank you for the welcome. I am new to RAT and have a Izula on order . When I get the funds (just got laid off), I am ordering a RC-4, OD with the orange. I guess I will do an introduction post.

The Izula ROCKS!!! Congrats on the incoming RAT. I've got the RC-3, black Izula, and a tan Izula incoming. Sorry to hear about the job :(.

The warranty was one of the deciding factors for me. I have a black Izula with blaze orange wrap and a tan RC-4 on the way. :)

I now have two RAT cutlery knives and another on order. I'll be following that with an order for the H.E.S.T. You will be amazed with both the quality and performance.

And from what I've seen in posts on the forums the warranty isn't empty words. Quality products from a company run by quality folks. Like a breath of fresh air these days.

We make no claim as our knives being the best in the world, but we do claim the best warranty in the business ;)

Not to mention, what other knife company would allow BearThe Dog to post up his best impressions of a gay hooker on their forum?

Now why else would we make a pink knife, sweetie? :D
