...for prairie dog hunting. The photo below was taken at about 10AM just south of Oelrichs, and it is BrainOnSigs next to my dad's truck. When we arrived at 9AM, there was no snow whatsoever.

Here is a view a few miles away:

Oh, and my shooting irons are ready, a threesome of Cooper Arms M21s in .204 Ruger:

I shot the bottom two yesterday afternoon, to make sure that they are sighted in (0.75 inches high at 100 yards).

Wow... ought to be easy to see the 'dogs with all that white groundcover. ;)

Hey Lunde, Have you ever tried a Zeiss scope?

I have always been a Leopold guy, but I bought my first Zeiss about a year ago and have been amazed by it. The light gathering ability gives me an extra 10 minutes to hunt at dawn and dusk over other scopes. (not that that would matter much with prairie-dogs);).

That storm was here in Idaho Falls yesterday afternoon. I drove through flurries and heavy snow, interspersed with sleet and hail while I was out along the Wyoming border. Spring, what?

It's 52F and sunny now.

Looked like that here this morning , wondered where all the snow came from.

LOL, don't plant till Mother's Day, yeah, right
