Very nice! I've only got the original Temp but it's one of the most versatile kitchen knives, and is what I make sure I pack on vacations when I don't want to risk losing/breaking my regular kitchen knives. Its got enough length that it can do 95% of my kitchen duties (so far the only thing I haven't tried is slicing up a watermelon) and at 4mm thick, I can just toss it into a bag and not worry about the blade breaking or bending like with the K04. However, even at 4mm thick it still slices like a demon and can dice up onions and tomatoes almost as well as the K04. The handle is also super comfortable, and the reason I use it for general duty work and not the Yang, although it coming with a sheath is a nice bonus as well.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you have a chance to snag a Temp at a good price, don't hesitate to do it, it's a much nicer knife than many people think!
