Ok, so I had some interest on how the pins worked, and how sturdy they were, So I'll put up some pics, and you guys can ask any questions you might have.

So in this picture, the red ring shows the Main pin, this is the one the blade rotate on. Then the blue ring shows the pin that can be depressed to rotate the blades. Then the Green one shows the "stop" that is a pin, but it is made from a very stong poylmer that keeps the blade from moving any more should the Middle pin fail.

ah this is helpful thank you....i have always wondered how you release the middle pin to rotate the blade. this makes it very clear.
 
Hey, that's cool! It's like (it is I suppose) having two fixed blades in one fixed blade package.

Thats the way I see it. Its alot stronger than I thought it would be, I class it as a fixedblade, I know some dont, but ymmv.
