Can anyone straighten out who is who? I'm sure you guys know that these Yellowhorse fellas do Custom Work on Knives and they seem to be commanding some nice prices.

So can anyone tell me which guy is 'The Man' and who are the other guys and how they fit in. I believe i have seen at least 3 Yellowhorses out there customizing knives.
Thanks

David is the "man", his son Brian also creates some. I think there's another son and members of the family involved, just don't recall the other son's name right off hand.

I met Dave at the show in Pasadena last year and a nicer guy you will never meet. Here's a picture of the "man" (and the knife) and I with one of his creations that I bought from another member of the BCCI at the show.

Just looked it up and the other son's name is Ron.

I have a David Yellowhorse from 1996. I also have another David Yellowhorse around 2004 and it was not a Buck. Brain, did some knives for Buck around that time and they look fine to me.

I am looking at the new David Yellowhorse Bucks for 2010 and I really like the new 112.

I thought it was funny, you posted a picture of Dave Yellowhorse, but since there were two Daves in picture, who was who. Well, he is the guy in the cowboy hat. Here is my picture of David Yellowhorse from 2009.

Here is a picture of a David Yellowhorse Buck knife. It is the middle knife, a trapper. I paid around $80 for it.

Beauty's! I also have one of Dave's trappers, but it has red and black stone inlays along with the turquoise and silver.
I have five Yellowhorse knives and I just realised I only have pictures of the one Damascus 110. I have to get busy on fixing that.

Those are some really great knives that you guys have. Actually I saw two David Yellowhorse knives in the 2010 Catalog. A Gen - 5 and a 112. What do you think, they might look good in my home, or maybe your home?;)
