Those guys had a superb line up, they obviously put a lot of work on their site and setting up relationships, and then ... it seems they stopped doing anything with it. I think the "New knives" area has not changed in a long time.

I don't know what's gpoing on but you are right. There is for at least 6 months no movement on this site. And yes they have a nice selection but obviously no sales.

i sent them a couple emails about six months ago about a piece listed on their site, never got a response - i took it as they're no longer in business.

I talked with the owner just the other day. First time in over a year. He has allowed he has done nothing on the site and neglected his emails. There are personal problems in his family and health that have far outweighed what was for him a side job. They remain.

Nope, it's no way to run a successful business. I hope no one got a bad deal, but only just didn't get to communicate. I hate to say it, but I'd move on.

Considering the prices of some of the knives on that site, it might have been the courteous thing to do to ask the makers for the correct spelling of their names. :(

But I did see two new makers featured who I think will go far: Kia Emberson and Ken Stiegerwalt. ;) ;) ;)
