A little over two years ago I had open heart surgery. The day I had the heart attack I was working on this kitchen knife. 15n20, .058 at the spine above the bolsters, 8.5” tip to stainless bolster, FFG tapered, HT to 62-63 RHC (JT thanks), walnut handles stabilized by K&G. Wasn’t sure I’d get this one to this point, it became my therapy knife.

Not perfect by any means, but Iearned a lot about life in two years.

Very nice, I would like to get into kitchen knives down the road when can find some more time.
