I am one of the regular technical interviewers for the company I work at. We have an open entry level position and have been interviewing candidates for the past few weeks. It's been pretty depressing to see the number of qualified guys with long resumes looking for a basic entry level positions. I really hope the economy turns around. I feel fortunate to have a job -- it bums me out that all of these guys will get rejected except one.
