I just posted a second picture that's a bit more clear. The first secret is to mold it TIGHT to the finger grooves and spine hump; if it wasn't for the Sifu's strange-but-cool grip shape this wouldn't work for squat.

Second secret is tie that bungee TIGHT

I dunno why Windows Paint and I get along so well. Been using it or similar ever since the Mac came out in '84.
