Saw this on an email from a knife dealer in my state. OMG, it's...it's...it's this.

Is this actually a thing now?
can't stand anything bronze/gold shaded...
it's hard enough even with dlc or titanium nitride grey coatings
the only thing which browning has done recently that was interesting - hemp micarta, which seems like it should be great but I haven't got one yet
Kershaw does both a Leek and a Chive in gold now too... but at least they aren’t as quite an obnoxious shade of gold. Not my thing, but I guess they gotta try to keep things fresh.

Still, in my eyes, not as bad as the rainbow stuff that was big for a while...

But hey, style is subjective. Just because I don’t like them, doesn’t mean they won’t sell.
My rainbow Leek was a gift from my son, so of course, I treasure it.

I gifted one to my wife, after she saw a picture of one somewhere. It arrived, and is as gaudy as you'd expect but A. she loves it and carries it and B. I am comfortable in that it's actually a well-made little knife.
