I recently had the chance to review the Power Pot V by Power Practical. If you're familiar with the Biolite stove, you know you can turn heat into electricity. Well, rather than limit yourself with what you burn with the biolite, you can use any heat source with this pot. I'm very impressed. The full review can be found here

Brad,

That is what I didn't like about the biolite. It was reliant on wood fuel. Not every campsite will have that and some places may prohibit a wood fire (I know I know, how ridiculous i the idea of a small self-contained stove being a wood fire) but they will allow a camping gas stove. This will work well with just about any heat source. I just tried it on top of a Nuwick emergency candle with the three removable wicks. Sure enough, it works great.

From the camper comforts of warmth and food prep comes the cell phone charge ... :) I would expect the capacity to expand given awareness. I am now looking twice at the bulky solar/crank/AC __ radio(iffy)/light/charger combination that I now use in the bush. Kudos. Keep on Kamping with brains.
