Was it DULL of the the Factory? Or did you make it Dull from USE?

When I got my CQC-7 there was a warning it was share, that was common sense, but it was SHAPE out of the FACTORY.

No, it was very sharp when I got it, but I cut a bunch of rug etc. with it and dulled the hell out of it.

Thankyou. I absolutely LOVE the thing. I got a great deal on it, I bought it brand new in the box for $300 and it's rapidly becoming my all time favorite EDC knife.

I have a ton of knives, including 11 Emerson's & 7 Striders, but I carry that Patriot almost every day. I also have a standard Patriot that is being customized by NATH in Thailand. He is working on it right now & told me it would be done in about 2 weeks. I'll be sure to post pics of that one as soon as possible.

I think even the standard version of the Patriot is one of the best Ernie Emerson designs ever. I absolutely LOVE the grip on it & the blade (I have the non serrated version on both knives) is just perfect in every way.
