They get dirty ...they get scratched....so what...that's what there for.

I been doin the knife thang 4 many years....i have had many collections....i have owned the flavor of the weeks...did the flipper thing (fad IMO)....nothin like a good old frame lock with a thumb hole or stud...lots have come and gone but the one collection that has stayed and will go to my grandson one day are my CRK's...i always talk about the Zaan's but i have about 50 seb's.

I got bored with the flavor of the week thang...i decided that the ones on the shelf are not my favorites....my favorites are the ones i use and my 2 favorites are Chris Reeve and Strider folders....My favorite fixed blades are by a fairly new maker (the very tallented) John Barker.

There's a reason these guys are my favs...cuz they rock !!

I say don't trip on the little stuff guys....use your blades,....Chris Reeve is a serious dude when i comes to his blades...use them and when they start burnin 2 much oil just send it back for a fresh bore and a new set of pistons and rings and yur good 4 another 100K.

Those look great. How do you like the Zann? I have a SnG CC that I may be trading for one.

:grumpy:

I was happy with my DGG SnG... for the strider in my accumulation

Now I "NEED" a Green stonewashed CC SMF too :D

I'm with you with regard to the plain knives. I want to polish up the blade on a Lg Classic just like that.

I have a little more trouble "roughin' up" my inlay Sebenzas tho. My own personal hang-up.
